Week 9 ~ Aerobics for my Brain

This week I was forced to spend a lot of time, doing nothing.  Well let me re-phrase that.  doing nothing Physical.  My Hubster, and I have both, somehow hurt our backs, Hips specifically.  I don’t know how this happens to both of us at the same time, and I would laugh, if it wasn’t so painful!  Anywho, since I’m on strict orders to not exert myself, ( as if that would happen)  I thought this is a great time to start my exercises on my Brain!

You know,  working that Ole’ Corpus Callosum. brain The bridge (A thick white band of nerves) between the 2 Hemispheres of the Left & Right brain.   One of my new Exercises for my brain is called “R2A2”  Recognize, Relate, Assimilate, & Apply.

My ultimate goal to Learn the Laws of the Mind.

Since I started this journey 9 weeks ago, I’ve shared all that I’m applying, with my Husband, and he has been paying a great amount of attention to my successes, and some of my choices that were’nt the best ones .  As we’ve been told, “Shared Experiences, Builds Relationships”  I love to share with him, because I know he will always be honest with me without judgement.  So I’m choosing him to be my “Partner” to observe and help keep me on track.

I’m still trying to get to know my new self, who is now a part of my daily decisions, and I really like her!  She is always reminding me that it’s okay to give up the good, for the Greater Good!   My old self has been perfectly ok with what we had, but I’m thinking the “Dear Old Self” letter is soon to be sent, and although she got me to were I am  right now, I think it’s time to move on without her.  New me

It’s my “Responsibility” to do whats best for me and those around me.  I love the break down of that word….. I have the ability to choose how to respond.  Wow!  I’m Freakin in Charge!!  How Awesome is that!

Now i need to plan a Positive Stimuli to use daily!  This week, this will be so easy to do.  I have been thinking of all the Magnificent things I am so Grateful for, and they are countless!

Life is Good, and I plan on “Living” life to it’s fullest!   IMG_4055

Happy Thanksgiving!

and as always with much Aloha🌺💕

It sure is great to find out about this great power we have access to and build a life that we desire.
The universe was telling you something when the back issue happened.
    Everything happens for a reason.
    Stay on track.
You are in a good place with your new self.
